Wise Senior Living Seminar Series is made up of professionals in the Knox County area who exhibit a heart to serve seniors. Each month's topic will bring a different panel of experts who will share their knowledge, with the goal of helping mature adults make informed decisions. You can rest assured that there will NEVER be a sales pitch…only trustworthy information!
Topics will range from healthcare, financial and legal issues, navigating estate and trust planning, downsizing from your longtime home, and exploring numerous senior housing options available, just to name a few. No topic is off limits and we welcome suggestions for future topics from our attendees. All questions are welcomed.
We believe empowering seniors and their families with knowledge and information will allow them to self-discover what options are best for them. This is true for caregivers, family members, and most importantly seniors who are doing their best to navigate the decision-making process in a world where nothing seems to be "clear cut" and many seem to have a hidden agenda. We believe that knowledge is power, and are coming together to provide that for you!

Suzanne Eaton is the visionary behind the Wise Senior Living Seminar Series and is the moderator for these seminars. She has been a real estate advisor for 8 years, and prior to this owned a service-oriented business for over 25 years. After helping numerous senior clients and retirees move or downsize from their family home, Suzanne has seen first hand how lack of planning and misinformation can cause undue stress and vulnerability in critical times. She believes in empowering seniors with knowledge to make important life decisions, and is committed to assisting seniors and their families make late in life moves hassle free. Suzanne is the only Certified Senior Housing Professional in the region, and holds the designation of Senior Real Estate Specialist through the National Association of REALTORS. Suzanne also holds downsizing presentations for seniors throughout Knoxville and surrounding areas.
